Refund policy
Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel your orders anytime before your order is shipped by us. However you will be responsible for any debit/credit card processing fees (if any) incurred. The fees will be non-refundable and deducted from the total amount of refund. We will confirm this with you before processing your cancellation request. Please note that the refund for order cancellation may take up to 3-4 days.
Return and Refund Policy
We aim to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Should you wish to return your order, we will be happy to refund or exchange for another product - see below for more details:
- for damaged goods and DOA ('dead on arrival', for live food), please send us pictures showing the damage on the same day of delivery; Once confirmed by our customer service team, we will offer either refund or replacement as soon as possible. Please note that we reserve our rights to refuse replacing DOA if the first delivery attempt within the indicated estimated delivery window was unsuccessful due to reasons such as 'no one at home', and/or unsuccessful delivery that made the goods stay at delivery depot over the weekend.
- for dry goods, return must be made and posted to us within 3 days upon the date of delivery, in original, undamaged packages. The product must be in resalable condition;
- for live food, unfortunately we do not accept return;
- for unwanted goods, your delivery charge will not be refunded and you will be responsible of the return shipping cost (deduced from your refund total).
