Shipping

We usually despatch your order within 2 working days.

We despatch on every weekdays -  however, if your order contains live food (such as live phytoplankton and copepods), they will only be despatched on Mondays-Thursdays to avoid the possibility of getting stuck at the delivery depot over the weekend. Orders containing live foods received on/after Thursdays will be despatched on the following Monday, ensuring the best nutritional values for our live food when you receive them.

Delivery Options

We use Royal Mail tracked service (Tracked 48, no signatured required) for most orders and will share the tracking link with you once your order is despatched. For large orders, we may use other couriers such as DPD and we will confirm this with you before shipping. 

We offer Standard (2-4 working days) and Express (1-3 working days) delivery options.

• Standard Delivery: £2.99 for orders under £20, or free for orders £20 or above.
• Express Delivery: £5.99 for orders under £20, or £2.99 for orders £20 or above.

Issues with Your Order?

We will always stick to our promised despatch timeframe, however we cannot be held accountable for delays caused by the couriers. If your order delivery is delayed, we will work with you and the courier to resolve this as soon as we can. 

In an unlikely event where your parcel is damaged during delivery, please email contact@PepperforPets.co.uk within 24 hours upon receiving the delivered parcel.
